Biography of Shelly Oberoi
Shelly Oberoi was born on August 13, 1983 in Delhi, India. After graduating from Faith Academy, New Delhi, She enrolled in Janki Devi Memorial College, Delhi and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce. Shelly won the Miss Kamla Rani Award in Education for scoring the highest marks while pursuing her B.Com degree.
