Ajit Tendulkar, his younger brother, introduced Sachin to cricket in 1984 with the aim of helping him overcome his bullying and bad habits. At Shivaji Park in Dadar, he introduced him to Ramakant Achrekar, a famous cricket coach and cricketer. In the first session, Sachin could not play the best game.

Ajit Tendulkar explained to Ramakant Achrekar that he does not play his natural game because he is embarrassed to be watched by the coach. Ajit asked the teacher to give him another chance to play, but he looked behind the tree. During this time, Sachin Tendulkar did well and believed in Acrekar Academy when it seemed that he was not seeing it.

In the Kanga Cricket League in Bombay, Ajit Tendulkar also played cricket. Ramakant Achrekar was impressed by Sachin Tendulkar’s abilities and suggested that he be transferred to Sharadashram Vidyamandir High School (English), a Dadar institution with a successful cricket team and a long history of producing outstanding cricketers. Sachin Tendulkar has attended a new English school in Bandra run by the Indian Education Society (East). At Shivaji Park, in the morning and evening, Achrekar also supervises the training of Sachin Tendulkar.

Sachin Tendulkar ran into the nets for hours. Achrekar will put one rupee coin on the stumps if Tendulkar loses his power, and the bowler who bowls Tendulkar will get the coin. The coach will hand over the money to Sachin Tendulkar if he passes the entire practice without being asked to leave. Due to his work schedule at that time, Sachin Tendulkar moved in with his aunt and uncle who lived near Shivaji Park. Sachin Tendulkar, meanwhile, was known as an intelligent child in school. In the local cricket community, where there are rumors that he will soon join the big boys, he has become a popular talking point. The school members of the Matunga Gujarati Seva Mandal (MGSM) umbrella include Sachin Tendulkar again and again.
