A tall player at 1.85 meters (6ft 1in), Ronaldo is a formidable player in the game. Originally a right winger, he became a forward with a free attacking style. He can hypnotize his opponents with a small hand that leaves enough space for the opponent’s defenses.

After a successful season at Sporting that led the youngster to the front of Europe’s biggest clubs, Ronaldo signed for English club Manchester United in 2003. He made an immediate impact and was quickly regarded as one of the best bowlers in the game. His best season at United came in 2007-08, when he scored 42 goals in the cup and won the trophy. He also led United to an appearance in the 2009 Champions League final, which they lost to FC Barcelona. Soon after,

Ronaldo was sold to Spain’s Real Madrid – the same club he says he wants to play for – for a transfer fee of £80 million (about $131 million). His goals continued with his new team and he scored the most goals (40) in the history of La Liga during the 2010-11 season (his record was broken during the followed by Lionel Messi from Barcelona). In 2011-2012, Ronaldo gave GEDRID arrests caught a soldier in Lega 46 during connection with connection.

He shot a 66 goal in 56 goals in Portuguese communities in Portuguese Members in 2013 to win the second world’s year and the 2010 year. In 2014, he scored 52 goals in 43 games and led Madrid to the Champions League, earning Ronaldo another Ballon d’Or. In 2014-15, he scored 48 goals to lead La Liga. Ronaldo scored his 324th goal as a member of Real Madrid in October 2015 to become the all-time top scorer. He scored 35 La Liga goals in 2015-16 and helped Real win their record 11th Champions League.

In December 2016, he won his fourth Ballon d’Or for his achievements. Ronaldo scored 42 goals for Real in all competitions in 2016-17 and led his team to La Liga and the Champions League that season, culminating in a career-high fifth Ballon d’Or. In 2017-18, he scored 44 goals in 44 games as Real won their third Champions League title.

Achievements of Ronado

highest-scoring UCL player ever

Out of Ronaldo’s catalog of broken records, this one is probably the most impressive. While many of the famous players have broken records for their clubs in domestic competitions, Ronaldo has taken a few steps further by doing so in the biggest game football has to offer.

The 35-year-old is the top scorer in the UEFA Champions League and the first of only two players to surpass 100 UCL goals. Second is his eternal rival Lionel Messi, who has 114 under his belt. Ronaldo has a total of 129 goals in Europe, 128 of which came in the premier league itself and the other in the qualifying rounds.

The only player in Europe’s top five leagues since 2006 to score 15+ goals annually

The level of competition in Europe’s top five leagues – the Premier League, LaLiga Santander, Serie A, Bundesliga and Ligue 1 – is significantly higher than that of the other top leagues. Ronaldo appeared in three of the five matches and scored the most goals in them. The Real Madrid legend has a total of 429 team goals since 2006/07, scoring at least 15 goals in every campaign since then – a feat no other player has achieved in the top five competitions.

International glory in Portugal

Perhaps the only notable form of criticism that Ronaldo and his counterpart Messi face is their lack of international glory with Portugal and Argentina respectively. The latter painfully came close to sealing his status as the undisputed greatest player of all time with an appearance in the FIFA World Cup final in 2014, but found himself on the losing side as Germany were crowned champions of the world.

Two years later, Ronaldo helped Portugal to achieve something they had never achieved in their history despite boasting a wonderful number of footballers in their ranks. He helped the Selecao lift their first international trophy as Fernando Santos’ men won the UEFA European Championship in 2016 when they beat France at home. The striker finished the tournament as the second top scorer with three goals, behind Man of the Match Antoine Griezmann.

Ronaldo was banned for one game for ‘one finger’ in his third season in England.

• In October 2005, he was accused of having sex with a woman in a Central London hotel and was arrested for the same.
• Although he said he would not drink alcohol, he was accused of drinking too much at a nightclub in 2008.

• In 2010, when he did not mention the mother of his son, the issue started to be controversial.

• He was criticized for celebrating his 30th birthday after a team win.
